All custom orders require a 25% deposit. Once RCGP recieves a custom order via email, we will notify you that we have recieved it as well as give you the options available. Once deposits are made via paypal, RCGP will ship within 24-48 hrs. Larger orders may take 48-72 hrs to ship. RCGP requires a 3 wk in advance notification of bulk orders (15+ items). In the event that our clients are not satisfied with their purchase, we will issue a refund of the amount of the gift, the shipping costs still apply. We reserve the right to refuse service.
